Essalaam aleykum,

I would like to underscore something I have heard from Dr.Zakir Naik. It's about Jezus (pbuh) and his greeting in Lukas 24:36!

In Lukas 24 it's talking about the resurrection of Jezus (pbuh) and then comes this verse, where Jezus (pbuh) greets his friends with the Islamic greeting!
Lukas 24 : 36 =
While they were still speaking about this, he stood in their midst and said to them, "Peace be with you."

Is this greeting not the same as we Muslims use? Is this not one of the similarities between Christians and Muslims?

Jezus (pbuh) was a Muslim too, so ofcourse it's not schoking to see him doing the Islamic greeting! But this is something only Muslims can say about Jezus (pbuh). I think we have to discuss such points with our Christian friends to help them...
